Cancellation & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.

Exchange eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

Exchange terms and criteria: Please note the following points while requesting an exchange for your order.

  • We provide detailed descriptions for every product along with its colour, size and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
  • Nelumbo Nucifera shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website, www.nelumbonucifera.co
  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges for orders from outside India.
  • If you believe that the product(s) you ordered is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, call us at +919509914177 and email us at support@nelumbonucifera.co , mentioning your order reference number and an image of the package/product. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email or call within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our address [A 85 A LS Nagar, Naya Khera, Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur (Raj.)-302039] within 7 days, else we will not be liable to accept the exchange. All purchases made on the website can be exchanged directly on above address. 
  • Once sold, all products will only be exchanged, not returned. The products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product. In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different style or a credit note. A monetary refund will not be provided.
  •  Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it with all the tags intact and including dust bag.

Cancellations

In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card, your credit card shall not be charged for the cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may be 7 to 15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.


Product Availability and Out of Stock Products

  • When a product displayed on our website is no longer available, it will carry a message that says ‘out of stock’. In some cases, products that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled.
